POP Clients pulling OLD emails

Hi All,

We have an issue from sometime back, with people with thunderbird & eudora. All these POP users keeping a copy of the mails in the server. Suddenly one day without any changes on the client cofiguration, started downloading all the OLD emails. This is a serious issue for the users, they will be getting duplicate & sometimes triplicate of emails.

Anybody else had this issue? Any fix?
