Default Migration BLOB errors

We just migrated from Exchange to Zimbra, but there were some problems with the migration tool. Long story short is some users have duplicate messages but one of those is bad (blob not found). I can run zmblobchk tool and see lots of errors. So how do I get rid of these blobs that don't exist? I don't need to keep any of it, as it's just duplicate information from times when the migration process crashed and had to be restarted.

I've read that article, but I was stopped short by:

"This script compatible with Zimbra version 4.5.x only. Do not use with any other version."

We're running 5.0.18. Someone mentioned zmblobchk getting some kind of repair function, but it doesn't appear to have been implemented yet. We're a licenced NE user but I can't seem to find any documentation other that what you've already pointed out.
