Default Manipulating logs

Hi all

I'm new to zimbra after years of postfix/dovecot.

I used to identify problems with delivering mail by watching the mail flow with

Code:
tail -f /var/log/maillog
on most of my Red Hat based installs

What would be the equivalent file in zimbra? I have one external company who say that they never receive email from us, where as in the past, I could prove it by viewing the logs in postfix and waiting for the

Code:
250 OK
message that it was at least delivered to the receiving server.
