Snapshot question for Zimbra NE

I have a question on Zimbra NE to take snapshot, anyone know it? Thanks.

- When I perform the snapshot we need stop the Zimbra daemon, but we need stop the mysal daemon? because I don't know how the mysql handle the redo log, Thanks.

are you using snapshots from like your san vendor?

if you shut down zimbr with zmcontrol stop then it will stop the zimbra mysql daemon too.
