Presumably mail.591ac.com is listening on port 25 yet zimbra is trying to deliver on port 7025.

Try to telnet to 59.42.241.34 on port 7025 as that is what Zimbra is trying:

"connect to mail.591ac.com[59.42.241.34]"

Have you read the Zimbra Quick Installation Guide as /etc/hosts should look like
Code:
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
your.ip.address FQDN yourhostname

I have set
172.16.120.203 mail.591ac.com

and I map 172.16.120.203 as 59.42.241.34 in firewall

so where is the problem??

Code:
cat /etc/hosts
cat /etc/resolv.conf
dig 591ac.com mx
dig 591ac.com any
host `hostname` <- note backticks and not single quotes (type as is)
