Distribution Lists and View mail Feature

Hi

Had a small problem today where a user needed to be added to a distribution list but also needed to recieve emails that were previously sent to the distribution list.
To my knowledge this is not possible in Zimbra as a distribution list isn't an actual physical inbox, the emails sent to it are only stored in the members inbox.

However I noticed that in the "Distribution" page in the Admin console there is a "View Mail" feature that is the same as in the "Accounts" page however in the Distribution page it is disabled.

So I am posting here to find out if there is a way to enable this feature?
