Mail front-end stops when loading

"Erreur au niveau du proxy"
This was the error message that appears in the top of the Zimbra user page (standard HTML) look at the attachments.

When I log using (Ajax) I only see the loading page (logo Y!)

I don't have any problem with my Administration front-end.

I've done a Multiserver deployment and this problem is related to my mailbox server which contains the listed components:

• zimbra-logger
• zimbra-store
• zimbra-apache
• zimbra-spell

I've followed this tutorial: ZimbraOnMultiserver

and I plan to make a HA Zimbra, so I want to know if it's a common issue (easily fixed) or it's related to multiserver deployment.

NB: The mailbox was reinstalled with no success to fix this problem.
