Default [SOLVED] ONE user having password problems.

I'm trying to reset a password for a current user. This user is set up on a second domain and authenticating from the Zimbra server. I go through the motions in the Admin Console of setting a new password and unlocking the account. The user still can not log on. If I access the users email from the Admin Console and then try to change it under the preference tab myself, I get a error: "A network service error has occurred. "

Anyone have any idea of why a single account is giving me problems?

I can check the email through the view email option in the Admin Console but I can not get into the account any other way.

There may be something wrong with that account, you could try to change the password from the commandline using the zmprov tool:

Code:
zmprov sp user@domain.tld newpassword

Thanks for the suggestion. I had already tried that and I get the same result. Is there any way of repairing that account?

Please marked this thread as solved.

Words can not describe how big of a duffus I am.

Someone had set this account to external authentication. The log file cleared that up.

Thanks for your help...
