If they are sending from a IP address that is trusted in your network settings then they will be able to do that.

What I really need to do is to restrict the Sender to be only the authenticated user for that session.

Anyone here can give me some pointers on how to do that?

On the mail servers ICE Warp, Exchange and even standalone Postfix, I can restrict my trusted users... so, how to do that in Zimbra?

    Thanks in advance
    Thiago

    Default Problem solved!

    Hello my friends!

After much study in Zimbra and Postfix, I made the necessary changes to further limit the users of Zimbra, so that they are restricted to domains configured on the server itself.

The entire procedure is on the Zimbra Wiki page: RestrictPostfixSenders - Zimbra :: Wiki

    Best Regards!
    Martinx
