Default No retrieval from external pop3 until click "Receive Mail"

Fresh installation as internal mail server; I've configured an external pop3 account to be retrieved by Zimbra. Everything works fine, but I can't see the retrieved emails from pop3 account until I click on "Receive Email".

zimbra@mail:/$ zmprov gc default | grep zimbraFeatureMailPollingIntervalPreferenceEnabled
zimbraFeatureMailPollingIntervalPreferenceEnabled: TRUE

zimbra@mail:/$ zmprov gc default | grep zimbraDataSourceMinPollingInterval
zimbraDataSourceMinPollingInterval: 30s

zimbra@mail:/$ zmprov gc default | grep zimbraDataSourcePollingInterval
zimbraDataSourcePollingInterval: 1m

Sure. I've restarted Zimbra and after I've restarted the server, but the trouble persist.

Have a read here: [SOLVED] Receiving mail from MultiPOP3 Server

As far as I understand this, you have to set the polling interval for the data source, not the account. You can list the data sources via:
Code:
zmprov gds user@domain.com
Then you do a zmprov mds to set the polling interval for each data source.

At least that's what I had to do for one of our customers and I never did hear back that it didn't work (usually one only hears back if it doesn't work..).

SOLVED - Thank's to everybody

zmprov mds user@domain.com name_of_external_pop_account zimbraDataSourcePollingInterval 1m

But now I've a question:

Why I have to insert the command with shell and the setting in the WEB-GUI are not sufficient? There's a bug in WEB-GUI?

As I understand it, the polling interval setting in the account is different than the polling interval in the data source. I believe the data source polling interval is what tells Zimbra to poll the external mail account while the polling interval for the account is how often the web client polls the server for new mail. Please correct me if I'm wrong on this.

In the first thread that I linked to, phoenix linked to an RFE for exposing the external mail polling interval in the UI which was closed with a "WONTFIX" status. Following that trail a bit, there's a link in one of the comments that points to this bug: Bug 21199 – add ability to set autopolling in admin console which is still open. The RFE is quite old, but still open so I'm not sure if that indicates that it's just not done, or if the issue has been abandoned.
