Default zmdailyreport send empty mail

one week ago, my server stopped working because of full hard disk. After some hours, I could delete some extra files and made some free space and zimbra started again. But after that i realized that dailyreport is sending empty message (no messages found). I checked databases and I found that raw_logs is corrupt, then I fixed it, but still I can't receive daily report. Would you let me know what should I do, Ofcourse I have read all forums about it and done eveything, at the moment it seems everthing is working properly except daily report and zmmsgtrace and what ever needs to work with retireving from mysql via cli.

not sure if this helps, but have you tried to run "zmdailyreport" by yourself? any obvious error message?

See if there's any errors in the log files, check these Troubleshooting tips and search the forums for the words 'daily report'.

i have the same problem and it ended up being a corrupt mysql zimbra_logger.raw_logs table.

I see lots of this in /opt/zimbra/logs/logger_mysql_error.log:
[ERROR] /opt/zimbra/logger/mysql/libexec/mysqld: Table './zimbra_logger/raw_logs' is marked as crashed and should be repaired

As zimbra user, I ran this command to find the logger root password:
zmlocalconfig -s | grep mysql | grep logger_root

Then this to repair the tables (your path may differ):
/opt/zimbra/mysql-standard-5.0.67-pc-linux-gnu-i686-glibc23/bin/mysqlcheck -rA -uroot -pROOT_LOGGER_PASS -S /opt/zimbra/logger/db/mysql.sock

run /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmdailyreport -now (i see results yay!)
