Which version of Zimbra is this, is it a new install or an upgrade? Please update your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post it in this thread):

Code:
zmcontrol -v

I asked you not to post it in this thread but in your forum profile, follow the link I gave you earlier. The answer to my question about whether this is an upgrade or a new install....is what?

What do you mean by that comment, how was it sent 'randomly'?

What do you mean by 'you can't see all the mail?

Is this a single Zimbra server or a multi-server installation?

Hi Winfield,

The question is bit confusing. Is it a multi-install setup ? So you mean users cannot see mails ?

It's a multi-server installation and new install.I have two mailbox and two message store. For example: I sent 10 e-mails to one account ,6 e-mails were put in the one message store, the rest of the deposit into another. When a user logs E-mail, cannot show 10 e-mails... What method can display 10 e-mails?
