single account for more people

Hi! We have a single account name.surname@domain for each user, and an account info@domain that must be visible for all. How can I do for this? Thank you!

Do you mean whewnever you send mail it should go as info@domain ?

You can do this either through a distribution list which will deliver messages sent to info@domain.com to the member list, or you can share a folder from an info@domain.com account with everyone if you need a set of people to keep track of read status.

Thank you y@w, share on folder is exactly the thing that I want! But on a info@domain share folder I see that I can apply a tag on a email from info user, but I can't apply a tag from another user. It's right?

AFAIK tags are unique to each user but I could be wrong.. I don't use tags personally. If that is the case, you could create a couple of folders if that is useful in your situation (just an idea).
