Have you checked that your ISP allows you to relay mail through port 25? Why didn't you use the DynDNS.com - Services -- MailHop Outbound service, ISP mail servers are not always the most reliable ones in the world.

I guess that my ISP is blocking my Email Relay from connections initiated through port 25. Is it possible to make my MTA running in other port as well, so I can send emails through my ISP's MTA?

Maybe use port 26 and use iptables to redirect from 25 to 26 ?

Or on the relay host put :26 so it uses that port instead

But that will try to connect to my.isp.domain on its port 26? Which is CLOSED

Correct. So is your issue inbound or outbound ? If you are changing the relay it is outbound

Yes, the issue is the outbound (seems my ISP does not support relay through my port 25).

What is the solution? Instead of using 25 as my local MTA port use the 26 and make an iptables rule to forward all data from my zimbra.server.com:25 to zimbra.server.com:26 ?

Do you think this will make a difference?

Gotcha, have you asked your ISP out of interest ?
