Default Problem with sharing

Hi all, when I share something (notebook or address book), the user I share with, receive the mail to accept the share but there are not buttons to accept it.
It's not a browser problem (iceweasel 3.0.6) becasue, another zimbra installation works fine.

Zimbra is installed on a Centos 5.

I can tell you there's another problem, it might be related: when I enter the administration area (https://ip:7071), I receive the message

Code:
Message: system failure: getting database logger connection Error code: service.FAILURE Method: GetServiceStatusRequest Details:soap:Receiver
and there's nothing displayed monitoring/server status.

Please, tell me wich other detail, log file, you need to understund what's the problem.

Thank you.

It would appear from the limited information you've provided that you don't have valid DNS A & MX records and/or there's an incorrect /etc/hosts file. Search the forums for details of the information you need to check this.

Thanks for the answer. There were problems with the dns configuration.
I soloved the decond problem following this thread:
Server error getting database logger connection

The first problem...it's strange: I created a new test user. This user can accept the new shares I create. My user, doesn't. I'll be back with more details.

Bye.
