[SOLVED] LMTP advertised name

What is the purpose of this field ?

I have setup the default domain as a .lan domain, but that is what get advertised as the sender MTA, and some email servers are rejecting it because it is not a public domain, I will have to change my primary domain and mailserver unless I can somehow a advertise the LMTP server as a .com server... is this possible ?
