Unhappy How can I disable anti-spam filter?

Users always receive and send email via email client, not webclient. The anti-spam makes them crazy because them may not see some important mails in time before they train the filter well.
How can I disable the spam filter? And more, is it possible Zimbra just mark the email as spam, but no move it to the junk folder?

Welcome to the forums

ZCS will always move the SPAM emails to the Junk folder. You can disable AS from with the Admin GUI.

Hi,

What if we want to leave the AS enabled? How long does the filter take to release it is not a spam email?

Well, if the score of the email hits the tag percentage then you will see it in your Junk folder. If it achieves the kill percentage then the email will be deleted.
