Default Spam: Relay from any IP if authenticated

One of my users tried to send emails through our authenticated SMTP from free wireless IP. The SMTP allowed the relay but the Spam Control block it (SpamHaus) and show no error message, so the user thought it was delivered but it wasn't.

I want to allow the relay from any IP, as long authenticate correctly with their username/password.

How can I allow this?

Sending email via an authenticated session is normally allowed on your ZImbra server. What errors did you you see in the log files? How do you know it was blocked by Spamhaus and where is the error message showing that it's been blocked?

Do you think this can be the problem for my "Relay Access Denied" ?
