GAL ( White Pages) not showing Company, Department Office on GAL Search

When adding an account we are filling in the Company, Department and Office fields.

When the user searches the GAL none of these field show up in the return on the address book?

How would I get these to return on the search?

Does the resolution of Bug 14531 - GAL via contacts folders with sorting, browsing and real sync in 6.0 affect this limitation at all? I certainly would have expected that browsing GAL entries would have provided a full card view like the current contacts view.
