Default Schedule filter execution

hi.
while Bug 10778 – Filter on Outgoing Messages gets some attention, is it possible to schedule filters, i.e. in crontab or something like that?

obviously they should be executed on sent mail folder also...

thanks
maxxer

Why would you want filters to run via a cron job? They actually run on mail as it's received in your mailbox.

That's what the bug report is for in that link you've posted, vote on that and if you've anything to add then add it to the bug report. There is no method at present to run the filters manually.
