Problem in changing password

I have been installed Zimbra two days ago and started to deploy the service.But when a user wants to change his password and click the button it says that it shows a file not found error message.

Error 404

File Not Found

The object requested could not be found on the server.
File Not Found: /h/changepass
Please check your request for typing errors and retry.

Pls help me to settle the problem.My zimbra version is 5.0.16

Not sure whether this problem is similar to mine. Mine is running in HTTPS and if I set the Public Service Hostname manually in the ADMIN GUI, I will get the similar because it is now accessing using HTTP protocol.
