In admin panel, how to search attribute including these herited from GAL

in admin interface,
I would to like to have a defined search which does (zimbraFeatureMobileSyncEnabled=TRUE)
It's not working very well, because I don't get users which has this property but from their COS. I just get users which has this property because admin overwrited user's profile attribute.
