This really isn't a secure method for people to get their email, using http means that the connection between the server and users is in plain text - it can be seen (including userid & passowrds) by a sniffer and you're asking for trouble with that configuration.

Zimbra doesn't use port 7071 for https (that's just the admin interface) it uses port 443 which is the normal browser https port.

I assume you have your web server on another machine other than your Zimbra server?

Yes the web servers for the other domains are on other servers. The 3coffice.com is the main domain on the zimbra server. Once I know the server is communicating without problems I would like to know how to implement the https access or even force https access. Also will implement a firewall either SELInux or the sonicwall that is in place.

You jumped the shark with that response going on about firewalls, SSL and security. I would like to take this learning process step by step. I have a functional zimbra server with 3coffice.com. I would like to make the server work with more than one domain. Then I will work on installing SELinux once I know the server works.

Please refer me to a wiki as I have not seen any entries to address what needs to change in DNS for multiple domains. The only article I have seen suggests all one needs to do is add domains under configuration/domains logged in as admin. I have duplicated dns settings in regards to MX records from 3coffice.com, whobig.com and fnamail.com. As shown at Untitled Document

Please help or refer me to a helpful source. Thank you
