migrating from dominio to zimbra password not work

Hi All

I am migrating from domino to zimbra, all work fine, but when the user input the login and password, the zimbra send error with password, then like admin int he console we to set the password.

The migration not export the password ??, I follow step by step the document to migrate domino to zimbra, I used LDAP and all work fine, but I have this problem with the password.
