When you send ham is auto-trained. Ham is not trained when you run the zmsatrain (ie we don't read your INBOX for mail). Sorry if I was unclear. If you want to speed up the process feel free to run zmsatrain against your mailbox with known INBOX ham and known JUNK folder spam. This is how we boot strap a new system right after migration.
