Default Zimbra auto-logout settings

Ok, I have successfully managed to get 50 users using Zimbra within our organization, with mixed results (people don't like to change as much).

One current issue that causes end-user pains is the auto-logout feature (everyone uses the web interface); also, when it goes back to the login screen, the full email address is shown, requiring a user to take out the @domain part to successfully log back in. This also happens in the middle of composing a message, freaking them out further.

How do I disable this altogether so that they don't get auto logged out?

Thanks!

Ryan
