OK for the "plain text". Actually, I wasn't even thinking of using plain text...

On a side note, having your user authenticate through the spam gateway seems strange to me.

hi,
what was strange?
live IP over firewall, directing the traffic of 25 to spam firewall. Directing the traffic of smtps(delivering mail with authentication) on mail server.

Now users with user name and password will bypass the spamfirewall, which is not strange thing, and mail servers e.g. hotmail.com yahoo.com will come through spam firewall. What is the issue with it ?
regards
Adeel

Issue resolved,
Only the following lines solved the issue.
465 inet n - n - - smtpd
-o smtpd_tls_wrappermode=yes -o smtpd_sasl_auth_enable=yes
-o smtpd_client_restrictions=permit_sasl_authenticate d,reject

The rest suggestion still allowed users to deliver mails on port 465 with out authentication, however thanks to all
Regards
Adeel
