[SOLVED] unable edit amavisd.conf to add a whitelist domain

Hi,
I'm using ZCS 5.0.16/RHAS5. Users aren't getting all messages from our company listserv. For example, John Joe subscribes to Engineer, HR and Devel. When someone sends a message to those 3 listservs; he only receives 2 out of three. I've tried to add 'listserve.domain.com' => -5.0; into the zimbra/conf/amavisd.conf file but the change didn't get saved after I stop/start the spam assa. service. What am I missing?

zimbra/conf/amavisd.conf.in

all zimbra config templates have *.in ext..edit that and restart services..it will show up in zimbra/conf/amavisd.conf
