Is possible replace MS Outlook Automation?

Hi!!

My organization use an ERP that permit to send mail directly from any data selecition. It use mapi calls (I thnik) to retrieve contats and send mail.

There are a way to replace this automation and use Zimbra Desktop or zimbra web client? A bridge from mapi to zimbra soap?

If you install the Zimbra Connector for Outlook (a MAPI provider) you can use OOM (Outlook Object Model) against Zimbra.

But..... Outlook connector need Outlook SP1 installed and Zimbra NE...
I use Zimbra Open Source and I din't want to install Outlook...

Try configuring an Outlook IMAP profile to talk to ZCS.
