Talking configuring outlook express 6 with zimbra

could anybody on the forum help me configure ms outlook express with zimbra..I have followed the guides on the forum but was not successful.the following error was reported by oe:

Code:
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'server@domain.com', 
Server: 'xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.xxxx',Protocol: POP3, Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10060,
Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
could anbody look into it and help me out....

Tiger Technologies: Secure SSL Connections for Outlook Express

Have you actually enabled SSL for the POP3 service in Zimbra?

yes...I have enabled ssl for pop3 service from admin console..

What about item 2 in the list? Can you telnet to port 995?
