Default Hide a menu

We have two installations of Zimbra. In one of these we are using Zimbra only for file sharing. We have enabled Briefcase only, and doesn't work, I suppose because the link is sending by mail. If we enable the Briefcase a MAil options everything works fine.

Can we hide mail menu in Web Client to prevent users from sending mail?

Welcome to the forums

The easiest way would be to create a new skin that does not have the mail tab associated with it. Check the Wiki for skin articles.
