Default Memory Upgrade On Zimbra Server

I plan on upgrading the memory on our server to twice the current amount. Will I need to do any Zimbra related configuration changes after the memory has been upgraded?

No, you shouldn't have to. There is a section in the wiki about performance tuning for large deployments (here), but just for a simple memory upgrade you shouldn't have to do anything.
