Smile Spam issue

Hi
I am very new to zimbra. I am trying to stop spam on a virtual domain but my mail server contains many virtual domains whenever I am trying to decrease the spam count from 75 and 33 to 65 & 30 this is affecting other virtual domains as this feature lies in global settings.
Please help.

You should not decrease the Kill percentage to 33 as you'll most likely get rid of valid email. You should also post details of which version of Zimbra you're using, update your forum profile with the output of the following command:

Code:
zmccontrol -v
You can also search the forums or look at this article on methods for improving the anti-spam system.

By zmcontrol -v following information is shown:-
"Release 5.0.13_GA_2791.RHEL5_20090206115340 RHEL5 FOSS edition"
I am using sqlgrey too.

Please add that information to your forum profile as I asked earlier.
