GAL not showing in Outlook

Hi All

I have a 120 users running on zimbra. 3 out of 120 are unable to see the GAL. The GAL does not show up in Outlook at all. Two users are running outlook 2003 and one user is running outlook 2007. How do I get this GAL to show up?
