Hope to receive some info on the below:

zimbra.log gives the following for some users which i am not clear with.
Hope to receive some lght on the same.

May 31 12:45:12 mta1 amavis[606]: (00606-12) extra modules loaded: unicore/lib/gc_sc/Digit.pl, unicore/lib/gc_sc/SpacePer.pl, unicore/lib/gc_sc/Word.pl

this is normal behaviour..you see this extra information as default zimbra logging enabled to show lot of details.

amavis load the perl modules when it needs or may show this line on every message it scans
