how to add 30_text_cn.cf (spamassassin)

I open the zimbra /opt/zimbra/conf/spamassassin look the *cf .
I guess the 30_text_de.cf is a German filter and the 30_text_fr.cf is a French filter ,30_text_it.cf is a Italian .
Now tell how to edit and add the 30_text_cn.cf
