BTW, 'it doesn't work' isn't very helpful. You need to give more information about problems such as the Zimbra version & release and the operating system in use and a complete description of what you done and what happened (including any information from the
log files, in addition you should search the forums and wiki for possible solutions and give details of what you've used to try and fix the problem.
