archive mailboxes periodically

Hi,

I am looking at an option where I can archive mailboxes by date. i.e. a user exceeds a certain quota his mails before 3 months should be archived. Any ideas if we can achieve this.

Are you using NE or FOSS version of ZCS ? If FOSS you could look at using something like MailArchiva - Email Archiving and then setting the email retention by CoS to 90 days ? They would still be able to view their old email via the archive then.
