Could there be a permissions problem? Is there any chance the person sharing the calendar revoked access (accidentally?) from "noappointment"? I'll admit that I haven't used the 'zmmailbox' command much, so I don't know what to expect for results in this scenario. Have you checked system logs to see if there are any related messages?

Default logs?

If the user could tell me when he stopped seeing appointments I would take a shot at the logs, and I may still just to see if I see anything.

Now if I just had an idea of which "needle" I was looking for, grep would help find the "hay stack", or is that the other way around.

Maybe when the user first logs-in to Zimbra and/or when they access the calendar it will throw some error messages in the logs? Like you say, a bit like finding a needle in the haystack.

Default Back-Burner

Well as the noappointent user is out till Wednesday (something about a 5 day weekend). I'm placing this on my back burner, till then.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll update further Wednesday 5/27 with any info I get.

Default Solver

Had the appointment user delete the problem calendar, and the Owner reshare the Calendar through the web interface.
