"Wrong Server" error while creating Documents in admin console

I can't seem to find much on this:

Message: operation sent to wrong host (you want 'zcs2.storeitoffsite.com') Error code: service.WRONG_HOST Method: InitNotebookRequest Details:soap:Sender

I found a similar bug Bug 23102 – Multinode: InitNotebookRequest returns service.WRONG_HOST

So I was curious if someone knows the procedure, off hand, to setup the wiki from the command line
