Relation of Accounts leads to many Bugs in Webui

Hi,

i am running Zimbra 5.0.15 on Ubuntu 8.04.
for our mailsorting and the possibility to tag eMails for several user's identically we decided to use Relation's instead of Sharing (Mailboxes: Sharing vs. Relationships » Zimbra :: Blog)

Several users have at least one related account, there are one having 4 related Account's

But there raised up several problems, i have to look for a solution.

- writing eMail from an related Account the Draft and Sent folder is with the personal Account, instead of the Related Account only. Sent appears also in the related Account/Sent as unread

- MailStatus (replyed, Forwardes aso) does not get displayed by mailIcon in WebUI

- mails getting deleted within a related Account, are in no Trash folder, they are really deleted

- when switching between two Account's the complete mailboxsize in the left upper corner, doesn't get updated

- When sending an eMail from an related Account the receipient get not saved within the related account "mail receipients"

- Draftsfolder shows up 15 eMails, when opening the folder there one draft

- after login the user is the personal mailbox, switching to appointment's still everything is ok, when switching to the first and second related account's still ok, when switching back to the first related account. ALL appointments are showed as one day later

- the colour's of the different calenders get unpredictable mixed, when jumping between the related account's


Hoping for some idea's and solutions

i tried the shareing with Zimbra 6.0.6 on Ubuntu 8.04amd64.
Most of the points are still with the same behaviour.

are there any chances to get this modified?

still unchanged, Sent Mail from Relation are in primary Account

fixed; mails get moved to trash of relationAccount.

still same behaviour, so other users seeing the relation account, does NOT see, what mails get sent from the relation-Account.


does there know some more information and solution?
