    Default PST2anything else ?

    Hi,

I am after migrating some local PST files. I do not want to migrate them to our new zimbra servre, as their size is too large, and the server quota won't allow it. Anyway to migrate PST files to some other 'offline' but standard format?
Something that I can open with thunderbird for example?

    Best Regards

Why are the quotas set to not allow the import of these pst files? It would make more sense to have them in Zimbra to give you the search facilities. However, to answer your question - if you still have Outlook (not Outlook Express) installed you should be able to import the .pst files with Thunderbird directly, at least that's my understanding.
    Regards

you can set a date filter so the import wizard only imports the last N months worth of data.
