Default Clamav

Does my /opt/zimbra/data/clamav/db really need all of these folders?

Code:
[root@mail db]# ls

overall my clamav folder is taking up a LOT of space.

1.4G /opt/zimbra/data/clamav/
However, on my test test (yes, the tests test box, heh) its taking up much less space.
Code:
[root@mail ~]# du -h /opt/zimbra/data/clamav/
47M /opt/zimbra/data/clamav/db
47M /opt/zimbra/data/clamav/

Is this normal?

Clear out all those bogus directories and file plus everything under the ClamAV db directory. Once that is done run
Code:
su - zimbra
/opt/zimbra/clamav/bin/freshclam --config-file=/opt/zimbra/conf/freshclam.conf
zmantivirusctl stop
zmantivirusctl start
This will reset the definition files. I reckon that the freshclam process is failing for some reason and generating all those rogue directories.

Check network connectivity and whether your server is going through a HTTP proxy.

Network connectivity is good. I'm shelling into it from a remote location. No HTTP proxy as well.

Check /var/log/zimbra.log and /opt/zimbra/log/clamd.log for any error messages.

Nope not after I deleted them. But I'm wondering if those directories were created when I made the server "live" for about 2 hours for testing. Then it stopped since its no longer "live" and no mail is incoming. Think that would make a difference?

Possible as it could have been downloading the updates when the system was being stopped. That is the only thing I can think off at the moment.
