Hi,

Hi,
Is it possible that "view email" could be blocked for admin users in open source edition.
Why would you want to do that ? Admins have by nature a certain level of trust associated with their role in a organisation.
Hi Thanks,
We are more then one admin to manage basic admin roles(mail creation, add in dis. list etc.). My manager dont like this and said it is against the privacy of user.
In 5.0.x FOSS you could make a Zimlet to hide that button in the UI, but there's no way to deny permission should the admin found out the necessary auth requests to send. (5.0.x NE has fixed ability domain admins that can't view mail.)
In the upcoming 6.0.x NE with the new role based delegated administration you can deny the 'adminLoginAs' right. (The 6.0.x FOSS stuff has shifted slightly in various nightly builds/I'm not sure what will be the final possibilities for that feature will be on FOSS.)
Might also vote for:
Bug 19386 - "View Mail" should be able to view "passively"
Bug 6032 - Non-Modifying 'View Mail' admin permission/role

Ok, i have checked that in 6.0 there is a feature available Role based delegated permissions. That is really nice and i am waiting for it.
But for now how can i built zimlet, i need some basic information.
I've got both network and open source edition installed for 2 clients and see that feature only on network edition. Is there a way somehow to implement this in open source edition?
Thanks
