Default Can't send any emails at all

Getting this error message:
msg: system failure: MessagingException
code: service.FAILURE
method: SendMsgRequest
detail: soap:Receiver
trace: btpool0-10:1242263923859:7d093917737c2f75

I can still receive emails without any issues.

Follow up:
Okay, after a restart of the zimbra service, everything seems ok again, but I'd still like to figure out what happened.

Anything in /var/log/zimbra.log ? How much memory does the server have ? Is is physical or a VM ? Please update your profile with which version of ZCS you are running aswell please
Code:
su - zimbra
zmcontrol -v

Are you able to increase the amount of RAM at all ? That will make your experience better and will probably get rid of the issue. if you could also post the following we can check your DNS setup aswell
Code:
cat /etc/hosts
cat /etc/resolv.conf
dig yourdomain mx
dig yourdomain any
host `hostname` <- note backticks and not single quotes
