Shared GAL between servers

Hi all.

I have two independent zimbra installations in two separated servers, with two subdomains which are com.example.com and tec.example.com

I want to share both GALs between servers, so that from one subdomain users can search and even auto-complete addresses from the other subdomain.

Any hint? Thanks in advance.

You would need to store the data in an external LDAP directory, and configure each server to use that external LDAP directory for the GAL.

And then come up with an automated method to keep the external LDAP directory in sync with the information in the two Zimbra LDAP directories (pull data from Zimbra into external LDAP).
