Are you talking about a server/domain-wide auto-reply or an auto-reply on certain accounts?

A user can set their own auto-reply message by going into Preferences --> Mail under their account. Now, this acts like a typical Out of Office / Vacation responder where it will only send one reply back to any given address during a set period of time that is defined at the server/COS level. This "Out of Office cache lifetime" can be adjusted at the COS or account level using the Administrative console.

What exactly happens? You can start by updating your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post it in this thread):

Code:
zmcontrol -v
What changes have you made and what happens when an email arrives? Are there any errors or messages in the log files around the time you expect the reply to be sent?

Well, what date did you set on it? Post a screenshot of the settings in Preferences.
