Default Replying with an alias as From address

I'm hosting several domains for one client. I set up the first domain for him, with an account for username@domain1.com.

After that, I added aliases with the same username for the other domains, so he had aliases for username@domain2.com, username@domain3.com, etc so he can check them all in one place.

However, depending on what subject the email is about, he may need to reply with different domain names. If it's a realestate transaction, he may want to use domain2, whereas if it's an overseas business transaction, it should come from domain3.

Is there a way to customize the "from" address when replying, based on aliases? If not, I'll probably need to just set up three different accounts for him to check, but he'd prefer to see all of the mail in one view.

Thanks!

Ben
