Backup and Restore - in free version

Hello Folks,

Is there easier solution to have backup and restore mailboxes (individual) free version of Zimbra ? or what is the best practice you guys are doing for free version.

Has anyone has success expereience on above solution. I mean let say if a user get his/her mailbox needs to be restore - will this solution helps to recover the mailboxes ?
