Another thing ... admin gets no daily reports after upgrade.

Yes, but what is the error message in question ? Have you checked /var/log/zimbra.log and files under /opt/zimbra/log for the actual error message ?
No logs with this error.
So is the error page now found ??? Perhaps a screenshot would help us to understand.
File Not Found
Firefox can't find the file at https://mail.company.com:7071/zimbra...?action=getCSR.
* Could the item have been renamed, removed, or relocated?
* Is there a spelling, capitalization, or other typographical error in the address?
* Do you have sufficient access permissions to the requested item?
That's the error!!!
Anyone?? I'm the only one here with this problem?
After creating manual (using ./zmcertmgr createcsr comm -new ...), I've been able to create and download the csr file from administrator interface.
